Target Chip Ganassi Racing won the championship for the second year in a row, as commemorated by this special edition Wheaties packet. In 1996 Jimmy Vasser won the championship, while newcomer Alex Zanardi won the award for Rookie of the Year. In 1997 it was Alex's turn to win the championship. Due to friends in the team, I was able to get some great shots of the "dynamic duo".
